CRT: Campus Recruitment Training

CRT or Campus Recruitment Training program is designed to train candidates in their final leg of engineering, medical, MBA or other professional courses or qualified professionals who are looking for placement in reputed organizations such as Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Satyam, CTS, HCL, etc. or any MNC. In their preparation for recruitment through campuses or outside campuses students need extensive training to learn about selection procedures and criteria, manners, etiquettes and language of the corporate world. This program prepares and enables a candidate to deliver their best in the selection processes of different organizations. The participants of this program are trained thoroughly in the following areas:

1. Aptitude Tests
2. Group Discussion Process
3. Interview Process

Aptitude Tests
Aptitude Tests are used as a process of elimination when the number of applicants is sizeable. Selectors from the B-World use these Aptitude Tests to judge candidate's reasoning ability, critical thinking ability and communication skills. The CRT Program, at Oxbridge Communication Center is designed to hone existing skills and teach shortcuts and tips; helps a candidate ace such Aptitude Tests. The requirement and pattern of the Job-Market keeps on changing everyday. To match with the demand R & D of Oxbridge Communication Center always comes up with the latest course materials and syllabus. Practice Aptitude Tests are provided to help a candidate in his/her preparation.

Group Discussions
Group Discussion is another process used by the selectors eliminate the sizeable number of applicants. They use Group Discussions to test the candidate's ability to act as a leader and a team player. The other qualities exhibited in such exercises are clarity of thought process, the ability to think differently, the ability to lead to the right direction, communication skill and personality. The preparation for the GD at Oxbridge Communication Center starts with providing basic tips on facing a GD Panel. Gradually candidates are trained for selection of topics, how to deal with a topic, how to generate ideas, how to present ideas, how to emerge as a team leader. The refresher course is followed by Mock GD. Adequate number of Mock GD are conducted to ensure that candidates gain confidence and overcome their misgivings. These Mock GD are followed by individual and group feedback sessions, which helps the candidates to hone their skills and polish their performance.

Personal Interviews
The last leg of the selection process is usually a Personal Interview, which gives the selectors an opportunity to know the candidate better and to assess the suitability of the candidate's skills to the requirements of the organization. PI training sessions at Oxbridge Communication Center includes from how to enter, how to handle a difficult question or a difficult situation, how to impress the interview panel to how to walk out. Students are always supplemented with Mock Interviews which is handled by graduates from top B-schools who are working in various reputed companies across a wide range of industries and are, in many instances, a part of recruitment teams. Professionals in senior positions of reputed companies form a part of the training team. Feedback session is a part of each Mock Interview so that the candidate can implement the suggestions and incorporate the feedback for later Mock Interviews. The progress will be closely monitored to ensure that the candidate is adequately prepared at the end of the program.

Duration of the Course
The course lasts 4 weeks with classes in the evenings between 6:30PM and 8:30PM on weekdays. The next batch starts every 15 days.
